I’ve set myself a target of sorting 100 “analogue” photos a day. If I stick to the schedule I could finish the cull within a year or two. As expected, I’ve come across shots of people and places I have little recollection of. Also, photos I remembered as being quite good now look mediocre. Conversely, shots that I had never given a second glance to now don’t look that bad. How time fades the memory.
Sticking to my resolution of ordered filing cabinet dipping for updates we find these two young ladies. To my knowledge the first model didn’t work with duffers like me so it came as a surprise when she accepted my offer. We got along okay, well I don’t think I upset her, and I got some nice snaps. The second model was one of my favourites and she visited the Chateau de Vaughan several times. Beautiful and a pleasure to photograph but I did have to tell her off now and again for her fashion model scowl.
